3- Formaldehit Tutucu:
MDF, OSB ve Yonga Levha üretiminde kullanılmak üzere tasarlanmış sıvı, yüksek etkili formaldehit temizleyicinin yeni nesilleridir.
PetroFiber 488 doğrudan reçine karışımına eklenir.
Bu ürünün kapsamı, mekanik özelliklere olumsuz bir etki olmadan bitmiş kartın serbest formaldehit emisyonlarının güçlü bir şekilde azaltılmasıdır.
Petroline 488 , UF/MUF reçineleriyle iyi kimyasal uyumluğa sahiptir. Düşük dozlarda mükemmel sonuçlar alınabilir.

Dyn AB 310: Emprenye havuzunda düşük köpürme eğilimi sağlayan Antiblok Ürünümüz.
Dyn AF 707: Reçinelerin Hazırlanması ve/veya dolaşım aşamasında, sürecin kendisinden kaynaklanan köpük oluşumunu azaltır veya ortadan kaldırır; bu süreç, oluşan kabarcıkların yüzeysel gerilimini kırar. Ayrıca, sistemde kullanılan suyun sertleşmesi veya harici etkenler tarafından oluşabilecek köpük oluşumunda da etkili olur. Köpük kesici ajandır.
Dyn FP 325 : Emprenye kağıtta fenolik reçinenin en iyi nüfuzunu sağlamak için geliştirilmiştir; bu da kağıt / reçinenin yüzey gerilimini kırarak tüm Kraft kağıt selüloz liflerinin daha iyi emilmesini ve hava kabarcıkları olmadan reçine ile kaplanmasını sağlar. Akış artırıcı ürünümüzdür.

Dyn RA 330 : Melamin, Fenolik veya Üre gibi su bazlı reçineler için iç salınım ajanıdır. İç serbest bırakma ajanlarımız hem düşük hem de yüksek basınçlı süreçlerde kullanılır. Sentetik reçineler ve yüzeyaktif maddelerin karışımlarına dayanır. Özel emülgatörler, hizmet ömrü ne olursa olsun tüm reçine sistemlerle mükemmel uyumluluk sağlar. Emprenye Kalıp Ayırıcıdır.
Dyn WT 320 : Islatma Ajanıdır. Islatıcı olarak geçer.
Dyn CP 350 : Beyaz renk pigmentlerinden oluşan su yoluyla geçen, kendi kendine bağlanan bir preparattır. Aminoplast reçineleriyle birlikte uygulanarak laminatlar üretmek üzere tasarlanmıştır.
3- Formaldehyde Scavenger
It is a new generation of liquid, highly effective formaldehyde scavenger designed for use in MDF, OSB, and Particleboard production.
PetroFiber 488 is directly added to the resin mixture.
The scope of this product is to strongly reduce free formaldehyde emissions of the finished board without negatively affecting mechanical properties.
Petroline 488 has good chemical compatibility with UF/MUF resins. Excellent results can be achieved at low dosages.
4- Impregnation Products
Dyn AB 310: Our antiblock product that provides low foaming tendency in the impregnation bath.
Dyn AF 707: Reduces or eliminates foam formation caused by the process itself during resin preparation and/or circulation; it breaks the surface tension of the formed bubbles. It is also effective against foam formation caused by water hardness in the system or external factors. It is a defoaming agent.
Dyn FP 325: Developed to ensure the best penetration of phenolic resin into impregnated paper; it breaks the surface tension of paper/resin, allowing better absorption of all kraft paper cellulose fibers and coating with resin without air bubbles. It is our flow-enhancing product.
Dyn MFG 356: Gloss enhancer. Compatible with black and white paper.
Dyn CA 341: UF resin hardener.
Dyn CA 342: Developed to perfectly adjust the dosage, long pot life, and curing delay of melamine/urea resins, achieving the full chemical system of final polymerization according to each customer’s impregnation and pressing process. It is a resin hardener.
Dyn RA 330: Internal release agent for water-based resins such as melamine, phenolic, or urea. Our internal release agents are used in both low and high-pressure processes. It is based on mixtures of synthetic resins and surfactants. Special emulsifiers ensure excellent compatibility with all resin systems regardless of service life. It is an impregnation mold release agent.
Dyn WT 320: Wetting agent.
Dyn CP 350: A waterborne, self-binding preparation composed of white color pigments. It is designed to be applied with aminoplast resins to produce laminates.
